We are a licensed mental health counselor and clinical social worker who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, coaching, and resource allocation. We help our clients connect and meet their individual needs. We are available online or in-person.
It’s essential for us that our clients feel we have a schedule that allows for flexibility. We pride ourselves on being available after hours and weekends, as well as having tele-therapy as an option.

Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.

Consultation
Free upon contact. This is prior to scheduling an individual session. Resource allocation is included as needed.

Emotional Support Letters (ESA)
Consultation required first to see if you qualify for an ESA letter.
Original Letter | $70 | within 48-72 hours
Renewal letter | $50 | within 48-72 hours
If you are already a client at CJ counseling, there is a special discount for ESA letters, inquire during your individual session.
